- Time spent on the strength/toning routines is not included in exercise minutes
- Housework, yardwork, shopping, and home projects are not considered exercise minutes OR a new form of sport/activity
- See CHEAT SHEET (link to follow) for an easy way to track points, challenge and sample workout line-up for 1 week. Or ask your leader for it.
- ONE interval circuit is considered 30-40 mins of cardio + 5-8 times ramped up.
- ONE weight training circut is considered ALL exercises in your program (beginner, intermediate, advanced) in a row or consecutive fashion x number of sets & reps.
- For bonus points, you must have 3x strength or 3x weight training. These DO NOT intermingle (e.g. you can't do 1 interval, 2 weight and get the bonus).
