FRIDAY!

That's +50 for the Red Stars. Wow, they sure are taking this Cpt. Sgt's challenge seriously!

Are you ready for the weekend? It's the time most of us follow off the handle, so we have created the STAY ON TRACK Weekend Mini-Challenge which I will get to in just a minute.

Thank goodness it's Friday:
-Are you getting all your 8 healthy guidelines in?
-60 mins of high intensity cardio, throw that Stairmaster in Aerobics mode & let's go
-Post your mini-goal of the day
-Try a new food (fruit or veg!)
-NO WEIGHING IN. Hide that scale!

Are you going to stay on track this weekend?
Do any of 3 of the following and earn +100 bonus:

-Limit your fast food intake - carry a snack/packed meal instead
-Stop being a blob - exercise in those commercials
-Get in 1.5 L of water both days
-Don't use any FLEX points, but only eat your AP
-Make a meal plan for next week
-Try making some freezer meals for yourself for next week
-Complete a strength training workout
-Add an additional 60 mins of cardio in a FUN way that you enjoy
