MONDAY!

Running....

Off to a running start on the beginning of the week! We have just 2 days left in this week to show us what you got, so pull out all the stops, we want to see what you've got.

Today is the day to:
-Drink, drink, drink your water
-Down a vitamin
-Get those 2 healthy oil servings in
-Try a new vegetable or fruit
-TRY A NEW ACTIVITY/SPORT

Read your quote
-Strength Training Day
(or Cardio depending on where you are at!)
