Week 5 - FINAL

Thanks to Rockin%Robin, here are this week's challenges.

Exercise
1 pt per every minute of exercise, +100 pts for more than 180 mins

Tracking
The 8 Healthy Guidelines is now the bonus for tracking.
10 pt per every day followed, 10 additional pts for every day 8 Healthy followed

Strength Training
Build your own - see WW for Robin's suggestions
50 pts per workout achieved, bonus 100 pts if done 3x/week

Challenges
1. How did you handle no challenge? - Tell how you handled today without the challenges.

2. Water, my personal favorite because I haven't beat it yet. - 1.5 litres of water every day.

3. Challenge yourself. Make a full week plan for when you are not being challenged by others. Make sure to include toning exercises and the lifestyle challenges that you need to work on the most.

4. Remember you. Take 10 minutes a day (especially during this busy time of year) to reflect or relax. This is so important to everything else we do.

5. Make a change. This can be big or small, it is all up to you. It can be as simple as changing your email password or as complicated as quiting smoking. The point is that something in you life changes.

50 per challenge, bonus of 100 if all 5 achieved.

CPT SRG'S CHALLENGE:
Take the stairs as many times as possible this week - and count how many times you used them. 1 pt per stair. This challenge will be worth 2 points for the most number of stairs completed by a team. This literally could STEP your team to victory!
