Goodbye Week 1, hello Week 2!

SALUTE YOUR CAPTAIN!!! Now, drop and give me 20!

It's that magical day again, weigh-in day. Let's see if your hard work paid off this week. I know for me, it takes a few weeks for my body to catch up with the changes, so if you don't see a difference yet, keep going, it's coming. Believe me!

The BATTLE IS ON on who is REALLY on top. I've seen some really great results posted.

Your leader will be e-mailing a surprise to you for "sticking with it" throughout Week 1. If you didn't get it, please e-mail them directly and let them know, or jump on the Fitness Challenge Board to check your e-mail with them.

TODAY is the DAY FOR:
-Weigh in!

-60 mins of HIGH intensity cardio. Calculate heart rate here.
-Post your awards somewhere in your home to inspire yourself

-Pick two goals you are going to do this week with another individual (family, friends, coworkers, etc)
-Post your mini-goal of the day
