Last Day - Week One!

Wow! You've almost made it through one entire week of Boot Camp. You should be proud of yourself for making it this far.



It's CATCH UP DAY. Or Ketchup if you prefer!

Today is the day to:
-Finish any cardio/strength training workouts to get 3x in each
-Finish any outstanding challenges
-Get ready for WI tomorrow!

Each team leader will post a WI thread this evening or early tomorrow, and you need to make sure you have posted in it before 10pm EST on Wednesday. No exceptions! Participants that don't post in their team's thread will be removed from the challenge.

This evening, next week's challenges and cheat sheet will be posted here too - to give you a jump on getting ready!


How to post your statistics:
  • Hop over to the Fitness Challenge Board on Tues night/Wed
  • Look for thread labelled "YOUR TEAM's STATS"
  • Post the following (in this order): Last Week's WI, This Week's WI, +/-, Exercise, Tracking, Toning (Intervals), Toning (Strength), Lifestyle.

An example:

Last Week's WI: 158.6

This Week's WI: 158.0
+/-: -0.6
Exercise: 250 (minutes + bonus if applicable)
Tracking: 100 (days + bonus if applicable)
Toning (Intervals): 200 (50 per session + bonus if applicable)
Toning (Strength): 200 (50 per session + bonus if applicable)
Lifestyle: 300 (50 per challenge + bonus if applicable)
