Saturday!
Stay on track! Do any of 3 of the following and earn +100 bonus:
-Limit your fast food intake - carry a snack/packed meal instead
-Stop being a blob - exercise in those commercials
-Get in 1.5 L of water both days
-Don't use any FLEX points, but only eat your AP
-Make a meal plan for next week
-Try making some freezer meals for yourself for next week
-Complete a strength training workout
-Add an additional 60 mins of cardio in a FUN way that you enjoy
