Choose two of the following:

Reverse with Ball: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/exercises.asp?exercise=176
Push-ups
Muscles Worked: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Wall Sit with Dumbbell
Squats with Dumbbell/Ball
Can substitue the medicine ball with a weight or ball
Lunges with Dumbbells/Step
For an added challenge, do it with weights
