Advanced Strength Training
Week 1, Nov 14-21
3 sets, 25 reps of each
Advanced Crunch
Choose two of the following:
Push-ups
Muscles Worked: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Wall Sit with Dumbbell
Squats with Dumbbell/Ball
Can substitue the medicine ball with a weight or ball
Lunges with Dumbbells/Step
For an added challenge, do it with weights
